Michelle Boudette
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Michelle started her career with Deluxe Corporation where she worked in sales, sales training and became a senior account representative. She then moved from the large corporate environment due to her interest in start-ups. In 2004, Michelle started her own business, Paylink Plus Inc., which has become an innovator in using credit card processing for solutions that SYSCO Foods now uses in their SYSCO ICare program.

Ron Greenberg
Chief Information Officer

Formerly a Vice President at Visa International, Ron has been active in the payment services field since 1982 where he was a founding employee of BuyPass. Ron also provided consulting services to several major banks, the USDA for their EBT programs, as well as managing the development of payment services software for National Processing Company and Oasis Technology

Tricia Bride
Director, Merchant Services

Formerly Assistant Vice President at Chittenden Bank, Tricia has over 16 years experience in the credit card processing industry. In addition, Tricia has also served as the Operations Manager of Merchant Services as well as the Sales/Support Co-coordinator and the Operations Supervisor for the Customer Service and Chargeback teams.

Jud Smith
Vice President, Affiliate Relations

Formerly VP of Operations and Risk Management at First Merchants Bancard Services (FMBS). Jud was responsible for monitoring nearly 20,000 merchant sites processing 1.5BB in annual charge volume limiting losses to less than 100K annually.

Jim Raftice
Chief Operations Officer

Jim formerly worked at Ford Motor Credit Company for 7 years as an Auditor and Customer Service Supervisor in both Maine and Florida. Upon return to Maine Jim worked in the Underwriting Department for First Merchants Bancard Services (FMBS) and following that served as Vice President of Underwriting at Vision Payment Solutions before joining the PowerPay team.
